Founder/ Academic Chair, INNOV@INSA (Short Summer program) (2015-present)

As a responsible of international relations with American universities, I set up the INNOV@INSA as a short training program from mid-May to mid-June for American students. My objective aims to reinforce INSA’s new strategy to achieve a 100% academic exchange rate in all departments at INSA. Every year, more than 14 students from University of Pittsburgh and University of Pennsylvania State University enroll in this program. In addition to teaching the course on Internet of Things, I have the following responsibilities:

– Managing the educational program (pedagogical content, time table, evaluation, jury, …);

– Recruiting speakers and invited professors;

– Promoting the program abroad (delegations, forum, …);

– Producing a yearly report after each edition and recommending new directives to continuous improve the program.
